The maximum capacity of the house is 8 people. The listed prices are always for renting the entire house, regardless of the number of people accommodated (but always a maximum of 8 people).

Notice
The refundable security deposit is 500 Eur, which must be paid at the latest when the house keys are handed over.
Reservation:
- After agreeing on the date, a deposit of 25% of the total price is payable within 3 days. 30 days before the start of the stay, it is necessary to pay 100% of the total price.
- If the reservation is made less than 30 days before the planned arrival, 100% of the total price must be paid within 3 days.
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival = 25% of the total price.
- Cancellation 15-30 days before arrival = 50% of the total price.
- Cancellation 0-14 days before departure = 100% of the total price.

In order to ensure maximum comfort and cleanliness for all our guests, the entire house is non-smoking and it is not possible to accommodate you with pets. We would also like to inform you in advance that bachelor parties, parties or similar celebrations are not allowed in our accommodation.
